Here's the thing about Sam - and it's not always a good thing. He's not afraid of anything - even when he should be. Alarmed, sure. Sometimes even spooked. But afraid? Nah.

So the massive wolf bounces him again, and Sam yelps - and then he turns his head, brown eyes black with annoyance, and nips at Bucky's jaw. It's not hard enough to draw blood, Sam can't quite get the angle to properly bite down here. But the nip is sharp, all the same, and delivered without hesitation.

Turns out maybe getting used by a shifter wolf has Sam feeling a little bit feral, too.

And Sam doesn't rear back his head, doesn't launch into a flurry of apologies as other omegas certainly would. He just glares, and tries to shift forwards - tries to pull himself off of that thick knot again.

Bucky's chosen just about the feistiest creature on the block, truth be told.
